Our Host Hotel: the Rosen Plaza

Planning for the 68th Florida State Convention is underway, and we’re excited to share that the hotel room block is now open to everyone!

We want to gently but firmly remind everyone:

If you’re planning to attend and you’re reserving a room, please make sure you also register for the convention.

Here’s why it’s so important:

✅ Your registration is what supports and funds the convention.

✅ When people reserve rooms without registering, it makes it difficult for us to plan responsibly — from budgeting to securing meeting space, printing materials, and organizing the experience we all look forward to.

Please remember: Reserving your room and registering for the convention go hand in hand. Your registration helps us build a convention that’s well-prepared, welcoming, and meaningful for everyone who attends.

Thank you for your support and commitment as we prepare for this incredible event. We look forward to seeing you in 2026!
